On January 17th a room dedication was held at Imagine in honor and memory of Keith Hertell II who died in a car accident in 1997 at the age of 25. Keith's father, Keith Hertell, made a very generous gift to Imagine to name the child loss support group room, Keith's Room. The funding provides support for the over 320 children and parents currently attending Imagine on five different Nights of Support.
Imagine is pleased to report it received a $10,000 grant from the Schumann Fund for New Jersey to support “Imagine Newark,” a new free children’s grief support center opening in the South Ward of Newark in March.

Imagine, A Center for Coping with Loss seeks 10 individuals for our October 19-22, 2018 volunteer facilitator training session. Imagine peer support groups are the main source of support for grieving children and families in Union County and beyond. Groups are facilitated by trained adult volunteers who attend a 32-hour training and quarterly continuing education programs.
Each year on or around September 11th, Cantor Fitzgerald and its affiliates, BGC Partners and GFI Group, in conjunction with the Cantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund, commemorate their 658 friends and colleagues and 61 Eurobrokers employees who perished on September 11, 2001, by distributing 100% of their global revenues on Charity Day to the Cantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund and selected charities around the world.
